My Untitled Poem

By Young Wunder

Sometimes I sit still and stare
Just stare
Staring at a world that’s not there
A perfect world, pure and true
A perfect world I never knew
I view a picture never drew
And morn a creature never slew
In these moments I glimpse
Life as should be
These moments I mourn
What could have been
That never was
Or is to come
I mourn a creature
That was never born.
